Thanks to everyone for another great Arts Camp!
At Cornerstone we desire to come alongside of parents to help raise their children to know, love, and follow the Lord. We do this through prayer, proclamation, praise and recreation in numerous ways on Sundays and throughout the week.
Our Children's Ministry Director is Mrs. Debbie Wenger. Don't hesitate to reach out to her to learn more about our Children's Department and ask any questions.
We're eager to grow our ministry to young families and to ensure that Cornerstone continues to be a safe and inviting place for young children and families to grow.

Nursery is provided during Sunday School and the worship service. We have a clean spacious room and caring adults who love to hold, care for, and play with infants and toddlers. Each child is assigned a unique number each Sunday (with a matching number given to parents) for safety and we require all of our workers to pass a background check before working with infants and children. The nursery room is located on the newly renovated children's ministry hallway on the basement level.
Each week during the service, elementary aged children are invited to come up for a brief Children's Sermon. Read more about why we have a Children's sermon (an excerpt from a recent newsletter article).
Our elementary Sunday school is for children grades K-5th grade and meets in the 1st floor room closest to the Sanctuary. Our time begins with praising the Lord and praying (and keeping track of God's answers to prayer). We include an interactive lesson that roots our children in the Word of God and we end with a review game.
WeD Nite Life
This Summer, from 6-8pm we start out with families together from 6-6:30pm and afterwards provide childcare while adults go to groups where they can rest (the Well, for women) or get into God’s word (a men’s group led by Mark Wenger, co-ed group led by Pastor Joshua)
Little & Kids Foundations
We love having children with their families in worship. For those who would prefer to have their children attend a time preparing them for "big church," we offer two alternatives. During the hymn before the sermon, parents may bring (or dismiss) their children to the back of the sanctuary for either Little Foundations (2-5 yrs) or Kids Foundations (1st-5th Grade). During Foundations they will hear an abbreviated version of that morning's sermon and have activities and lessons that reinforce elements from that morning's worship service.
