Cornerstone Youth High School Summer Retreat July 22 - 24

Friday July 22nd to Sunday 24th: All Cornerstone youth that are Rising 9th graders to current 12th Graders are invited to join us for a weekend retreat to the great outdoors of Saluda, North Carolina @ Orchard Lakes Camp Grounds. Cost of the weekend retreat is $100 per person. The Weekend will consist of taking time to unplug and unwind, hikes to waterfalls and sliding rocks, swimming, frisbee, campfires, cabins, tents, meals over an open flame, BBQ, shopping in downtown Saluda and much much more. We will return home after concluding the weekend in a time of cooperate worship at the camp site or local church on Sunday. Stay tuned to for more information.

I will not hold Cornerstone Church, nor its leaders, nor its members, nor the owners of Orchard Lakes Camp Grounds, liable for any bodily harm or damage that comes about as a result of this retreat. I will be contacted in the event of a medical emergency, and I will pay any/all costs of necessary medical treatment as a result of participating in this event.

Behavior Expectations

My teen will abide by all behavioral expectations set by the leaders including (appropriate behavior in public places, no 'coupling' or going off as couples, no private 1-on-1s for youth or adults of the opposite sex, no foul language spoken or sung or played, etc.). If my teen will not cooperate I will be asked to drive and pick them up and take them home.

First Aid

I agree to any on-site first-aid that might need to be administered as a result of this event.

Insurance Info

In the rare (Lord willing!) event of an urgent care visit, it would greatly help us to have your insurance information (policy #) on hand.
