Parent's Waiver 1 - Liability Release

I will not hold Cornerstone Church, nor its leaders, nor its members liable for any bodily harm or damage that comes about as a result of this Paintball event. I will be contacted in the event of a medical emergency, and I will pay any/all costs of necessary medical treatment as a result of participating in this event.

Parent's Waiver 2 - First Aid

I agree to any on-site firstaid that might need to be administered as a result of this event.

Parent's Waiver 3 - Behavior Expectations

I obligate my student to follow leader's instructions related to safety, behavior, and game rules. I understand that if my student will not follow instructions I will be asked to pick them up early from this event.
